ABOUT ARDAS

Ardas was born from loss, faith, and the courage to begin again.

For years, Guru’s was more than a restaurant to us. It was a place where strangers became family, where meals carried memories, and where every plate quietly helped support something much bigger than ourselves.

Behind the scenes, Guru’s became a way to care for humans, children, animals, and communities in need. It helped feed rescues, support families, and continue acts of compassion that many people never saw — but made possible simply by showing up to share a meal with us.

When life changed, we had to let go of the place we loved. But we could not let go of the purpose behind it.

Until the day we rebuild Guru’s again, Ardas became the bridge carrying forward all the silent work that continued behind the scenes — feeding people, helping children, caring for animals, and supporting communities in need.

Ardas means a heartfelt prayer — and this restaurant is exactly that. A prayer for strength during difficult seasons. A prayer for second chances. A prayer that food made with love can still bring people together and create healing in a world that desperately needs more kindness.
